Service standards
Urban Tanker provides scheduled and emergency water, sewage and supporting water services in selected operating zones. Service windows may change with weather, traffic, road access and local municipal conditions.
1. Booking & schedule
Customers confirm the service type, capacity, delivery time and address at booking. We aim to fulfil all confirmed bookings within the selected slot, but actual arrival times may vary based on route conditions and traffic density.
2. Water quality & quantity
We deliver water based on the selected category and requested quantity. Estimated quantity is subject to measurement and access conditions at the delivery point. Urban Tanker is not liable for water contamination once it is accepted at the designated delivery location.
3. Site access & safety
Customers must ensure clear access to the delivery site, a suitable parking area, and safe operational conditions for tanker movement. Charges may apply for waiting time, parking restrictions, or extra hose lengths beyond the standard requirement.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation requests made before dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund. Once a tanker is assigned or dispatch is in progress, the booking is generally non-refundable. Emergency requests are billed at the applicable priority rate.
5. Payment
All charges, including transport, GST and any surcharges, are shown before payment. Payment can be made using UPI, card, wallet, net banking, or cash on delivery where available. Orders are considered booked only after a valid confirmation.
6. Limitation of liability
Urban Tanker will use reasonable care in service delivery, but we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by delays, supply interruptions, weather conditions, municipal restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
